Bag Filler
BF-100
The basic machine is capable of filling a range of bags with the various fruits and vegetables at medium to high speed. It consist of a singulation and rotation, weighing, bag filling and rejection station with conveyor to transport filled bags.

- Singulation station
- A weighing station with two load cells for at least two different fruit counts at one time
- Constant individual carrier weight, tare
- Filling and reject station
- Driven rotating brushes at filling station to prevent damage
- Full bag conveyor system
- Filling station can also be used for manual carton packing
- Calibration of load cells can be via touch screen
- Gauge steels are used to manufacture, dramatically increasing machine lifetime.
- Designed for effortless maintenance and servicing
- Can achieve 48 888 units per hour
Optional:
- Filling station can be accommodated on both sides of the machine
- Parts are either powder coated or electro plated
- Max 720 carriers per minute. Speed can be lowered to 500 carriers per minute
