Versatile medium to high speed modular packer for cans. Capable of packing cans into various containers, ranging from cartons to crates.
Features:
- Epoxy coated frame
- PLC controlled with touch screen control
- Bottle/Can counter
- Carton positioning conveyor
- Magnetic heads are used
- Product accumulator conveyor, incoming running continuously and the second conveyor stop start
- Dedicated pick-up head driven by 2 servo motors
- Cans: A10, A12, A2.5 and 1M
- 18 x A10/A12 max production speed: 3000 cans per hour (6 cpc) or 1500 cans per hour (3 cpc)
- 36 x A2.5 / 1M max production speed: 18 000 cans per hour (12/24 cpc)
